The Cherry Street complex is comprised of ten buildings of different styles and vintages. The eastern portion of the complex was be renovated first. Our scope of work involves the conversion of the structure into 153 affordable housing units. The facility consists of four buildings, the majority of which were constructed in the late 19th century with a few additions made later in the early 20th century.
