Brick Hollow Homes

Brick Hollow Homes are ten ”Perfect Six” apartment buildings, located in Hartford’s historic Frog Hollow neighborhood, restored to their original splendor. The buildings were abandoned and deteriorating when Brick Hollow Limited Partnership acquired them for renovation. They were converted into 50 units of affordable rental housing, providing modern amenities within the historic buildings and preserving the character of a neighborhood that has defined Hartford for over a century. The restoration of these structures, which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has revitalized the neighborhood and the units were fully leased before construction was completed. The project received awards from the Connecticut Real Estate Exchange, the Hartford Preservation Alliance, and the Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation.
