Whispering Pines II

Crosskey Architects designed Whispering Pines II as an active-adult community with dwelling units laid out as family homes in a traditional neighborhood. A free-standing community building services the multi-building complex. Each building has its own character, achieved through the use of varied architectural elements and material treatments.  Thoughtful color selections, landscape design and sidewalks contribute to each building’s identity as well as further enhancing the residential community. These senior-living homes were arranged with private yards along a small, quiet residential street, maintaining the domestic scale of the buildings and contributing to the neighborhood character.
