Located on a site adjacent to Hartford’s historic Capewell Nail Factory complex, this development provides 16 units of housing. The two-and three-bedroom units are designed with individual entrances, each with a front entry porch, that harmonize with the historic context. The design includes a shared recreational area and parking for residents. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
