Caryn joined Crosskey Architects in 2016. As a project manager, she develops, coordinates, conducts, oversees, and reviews the quality of construction documents for various multifamily housing projects. Caryn brings over 17 years of experience in the design and development of multifamily housing, community buildings, and educational facilities, both K-8 and higher education, working with Yale University, Central Connecticut State University, and Wesleyan University on dormitories and facility rehabilitation projects. She is involved in all aspects of conversion, new construction, and renovation projects from conceptual design and presentation drawings through project completion.
Caryn believes that understanding the overall goals of a project and individual program requirements along with attention to detail coupled with strong communication drive the success of every project. This philosophy allows her to guide her designees effectively through each phase of a project. Caryn understands that a successful project is accomplished through client satisfaction. Through the completion of each project, she makes certain she meets clients’ needs, ensuring their satisfaction with the end result.
