The Residences at Farmington Village

The priority in the design process of The Residences at Farmington Village was to complement the historic nature of the existing mansion in terms of scale, materials, and character. The sloped terrain of the site presented challenges which were transformed into unique outdoor public gathering areas, and stunning views of Farmington for all 64 units.
