The redevelopment of this 1.25 acre parcel, located on Ludlow Street in Stamford, is part of a larger urban revitalization occurring in the city and will greatly enhance the neighborhood. After considering a number of options for the development, the project team came to the decision of a major renovation of the existing historic three-story building, while constructing new townhouses and a new mid-rise building at the center of the site. The density of units is consistent with the needs of the developer and the design is in harmony with the character of the adjacent residential buildings.
