Norwalk Parcel 2A involves the redevelopment of three blocks of retail and residential space in Norwalk’s downtown historic district. The project includes retail and commercial space at ground level along Wall Street, West Avenue, and Isaac Street, as well as the renovation of a historic theater in a prominent Wall Street location. 385 mixed-income, rental and home ownership units will be created with this project, along with 850 parking spaces with a state-of-the art mechanized parking system.
