Hamlet Homes

Hamlet Homes is currently being developed on a large piece of property that abuts the Connecticut River. The site is mostly wooded and is designed to retain as many existing trees as possible. Two hundred and fifty living units will be constructed, half of which will be for sale, and the other half will be market rate and affordable housing rental units designed in the New England Vernacular style. The development will have access to the Windsor Locks Canal State Park Trail, a 4.5 mile trail the follows the historic waterway. Recreational opportunities include and interpretive trail, hiking, biking and fishing.
