The Strong House is a significant and unusual Connecticut River Valley house owned by the Windsor Historical Society. Originally built as a one-room structure in the 1760s, it evolved over nine building campaigns through the mid 19th century into a rambling two-story structure. Our scope of work involved developing a phased restoration plan for the house museum to preserve as much of the historical building fabric as possible, along with upgrading building services and planning for ADA accessibility. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
