Nyicia brings over six years of experience in competitive real estate design, Pre-K thru 6 educational construction and historical residential restoration from her time in spent New York City. She attended Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture on the Brooklyn Campus in New York City where she worked and lived for over eight years. Nyicia provides a developed eye for detail and a clear sense of organization to every project she is a part of. Nyicia has worked on projects in accordance with New York City’s Landmark Preservation Commission where she has preserved as well as restored aged brownstones and multifamily housing all over the five boroughs of New York City.

Nyicia believes that good collaboration can produced a well-planned and beautiful project. As Job Captain, Nyicia works independently on historic preservation and multifamily housing projects from design and documentation through construction administration and provides the project team with the necessary support for large complex projects.

Nyicia recently moved from New York to join the Crosskey Architects team in pursuit of more opportunities in multifamily housing design, interior design and historical restoration. She is currently on track to become licensed in New York and Connecticut.
