  • 157 Residential Units
  • Construction - 2021

Located on Pearl Street in downtown Hartford, this c. 1971 twelve story high-rise building has been vacant since the mid-1990s. The newly renovated transit-oriented hub, originally designed as an office building now offers 157 units of contemporary living in the heart of downtown, just walking distance from Bushnell Park. The mixed-use property consists of a two-story lobby and ground level retail space, as well as a variety of amenities for residents. From its bike storage and bus stop to its floor to ceiling views of the city, varying amenities per floor (such as game rooms, conference rooms, library, tech room, etc.), to rooftop lounge, Spectra 101 takes full advantage of its context, serves its neighborhood, and reclaims its place back in the city skyline. This project is part of Spectra Pearl Apartments which are both part of a larger revitalization effort to create big city energy, generating enthusiasm in Hartford and bringing more people and life to Downtown.
