Cedarwoods consists of 60 supportive housing units, together with community spaces and services for the supportive network that is the basis of all Common Ground projects. Encompassing a semi-circular parking lot in a primarily rural residential neighborhood, the main entrance leads to a secure vestibule. The community room, the computer room, the crafts room, and the fitness center are centrally located, essential spaces that stimulate a tightly-knit community environment. Offices, management, and supportive services are adjacent to the entrance. Residential units are located on all three floors. Behind the building, a patio overlooks the site wetlands. The outdoor space is used for recreational purposes, leading to walking trails throughout the wetlands.
